Todd Osborne

Tool(s) of the Trade: Alpine skis, although I’ve snuck out a few times on a snowboard (but don’t tell anyone).

Experience: I’ve taught skiing for about 19 years, plus a few coaching Team Alpental Snoqualmie racing. I have a PSIA Alpine Level 3 and I also have CPR & first aid certification (you know, just in case). My favorite is coaching kids. They love to have fun…so why wouldn’t I want to be part of that?

Background: I began my racing career right here at Alpental (went to the Junior Olympics twice). Began coaching years later and strive to be a role model for all the “big kids” on the mountain who love to ski. My father was a supervisor for one of the early ski schools at Alpental a few years after it opened in the early 70’s. To quote my father “skiing is not a sport, but a way of life”.
